How it Works

1. Take a photo or scan your receipts and tax slips.
2. Fill out our online questionnaire.
3. Upload your receipts and tax slips.

 

Upon receipt of your documents:

4. If necessary or upon request, your tax preparer will contact you for a phone interview.
5. In less than 8 business days, your taxes will be ready and our assistant will email you your invoice with payment instructions (only Interac e-Transfers will be accepted).
6. Following your payment and consent, your return will be electronically filed (EFILE) to both levels of government.
7. Your copies and attachments will be returned to you either by email or uploaded to your secure client portal.

Important:

  • If you are a new client, please send us your tax returns from last year (T1 form).​
  • It is recommended, but NOT mandatory, to attach your Notices of Assessment from last year.
  • Ensure you have all required documents by consulting our Checklist.
  • Self-employed workers, rental property owners, and employees entitled to employment expenses should attach the specific Forms related to your situation.
